COMMERCIALLY PURE TITANIUM
α+β TITANIUM ALLOYS
Gr.1 / Gr.2 / Gr.3 / Gr.4 offer excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and weldability; Gr.2 is the most widely used. Available as plate, bar, tube, wire, and custom parts for chemical processing, heat exchange, marine engineering, and general industrial equipment.
Gr.5 / Ti-6Al-4V combines high strength, low density, and balanced mechanical properties, making it a widely used high-strength titanium alloy. Available as bar, plate, forgings, and precision CNC parts for aerospace, machinery, and high-performance structural applications.
CORROSION-RESISTANT TITANIUM ALLOYS
MEDICAL-GRADE TITANIUM ALLOYS
Gr.7 / Gr.11 / Gr.12 are designed for highly corrosive service. Palladium-bearing grades provide enhanced resistance in reducing media. Typical applications include chemical equipment, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, marine systems, and corrosive-media handling.
Gr.23 / Ti-6Al-4V ELI is the extra-low-interstitial version of Ti-6Al-4V, offering good strength, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility. Available to ASTM F136 and related specifications for medical devices and precision components.
AEROSPACE-GRADE TITANIUM ALLOYS
OTHER SPECIAL GRADES
Ti-6Al-4V / Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-2Mo and other grades meet high specific-strength, fatigue, and elevated-temperature requirements. Bar, plate, forgings, and custom-machined parts can be supplied to specified ASTM, AMS, and other material specifications.
Gr.9 / Gr.12 / Ti-6246 / Ti-5553 and other grades can be selected to suit operating temperature, strength, corrosion resistance, and processing requirements, with supply organized to customer drawings and technical specifications.
